This will be block 1 of my new programming series. This is 8 weeks in length. 4 Days a week of lifts. 2 Upper & 2 Lower days. There will be running on these days as well, focused on tempo running. If you like bodybuilding style lifts for hypertrophy and running but not too much running, this block will be good for you. This block will lead into other blocks of training. Some are going to focus on long distance running or sprinting. The lifts will be mainly bodybuilding type lifts throughout the entire programming. This is perfect for Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, General population. I’m excited for this new programming series, it’s going to be challenging but also fun/ rewarding.
