This will be a 11 week, 6 day a week program built on the Conjugate Method. There will be 2 Max Effort days, 2 Dynamic Effort days, Strongman Endurance day, & an Aerobic Capacity day. Each week we will rotate max effort compound lifts, so we continue to get strong without burn out while also not getting bored with the same lifts.
Max Effort= Submaximal & Maximum strength
Dynamic Effort= Speed
Day 1 & 2 Max Effort.
Day 3 Strongman Endurance
Day 4 & 5 Dynamic Effort
Day 6 Aerobic Capacity
This is a solid program if you’re currently Active Duty, Law Enforcement, Fire.
We will get strong & explosive with this program.
