This will be a 11 week, 6 day a week program built on the Conjugate Method. There will be 2 Max Effort days, 2 Dynamic Effort days, tempo or track day, & an Aerobic Capacity day. Each week we will rotate max effort compound lifts, so we continue to get strong without burn out while also not getting bored with the same lifts. This is the same concept as Alpha, but newer exercises.
All energy systems are hit. Strength, Hypertrophy, Power. Everything will be hit.
Max Effort= Submaximal & Maximum strength
Dynamic Effort= Speed
Day 1 & 2 Max Effort.
Day 3 - Tempo, or Track Day
Day 4 & 5 Dynamic Effort
Day 6 Aerobic Capacity
This is a solid program if you’re currently Active Duty, Law Enforcement, Fire.
