Now that we’ve gotten through the first two blocks, we will now move into more sprinting focused. We will decrease the lifting days from 4 days to 2 days. We will have 2 sprinting days on the other training days. The lifting days will be full body days focused on hypertrophy, bodybuilding style lifts. We keep the sprinting on different days. On sprinting days, we will also add in med ball throws.
