9 week plan focused on 3 Total Body lifts - 1 Metabolic day - 1 Anaerobic Track day & 1 Aerobic capcity day that included a Run or Ruck.
Emphasis on energy systems in this program - Hypertrophy, Strength & Power.
This program should be ran after Tactical Athlete 2 but if you have a solid lifting background you can run it anytime.
3 Week Waves are used.
This is for all tactial populations, Military, Law Enforcement & Fire, but general population can benefit from it as well.
