Rest times should short, anywhere from 30s-1.5min in between sets.

Movement is far superior than the weight you lift, especially for hypertrophy. Make sure we are completing the reps and sets properly.

Make sure you are eating, sleeping and hydrating. Keep running low on this program if your goal is to add size.
