17 Week Program. 4-5 Days a week of Lifts & Conditioning. This will have three different types of training methods.
This program will be combined with, Triphasic Training, French Contrast & Conjugate.
Weeks 1-6 are Triphasic Training & French Contrast focused with 2 Max Effort days focused on Conjugate.
Triphasic Training is essentially 2 week blocks of Eccentrics, Isometrics & Concentric muscle actions to produce high levels of stress to create high force production. We place stress on the body to create adaptations. This method of training does just that. Triphasic is known in the sports world. This program is great for MMA athletes. This type of method is not something i usually program, but this gives MMA athletes a plan to follow to prepare for a fight. This can still be ran for tactical operators. We aren’t going to the extreme like how most Triphasic plans do, we are still focused on creating the best tactical operators, this is just a plan that can help in certain areas.
French Contrast is geared towards creating tons of explosive power. There will be a heavy compound movement immediately followed by 3 different types of movements to create incredible power. This is a better version of Post Activation Potentiation. We run Triphasic & French Contrast 6 weeks because anything really longer can create over training. Stress the body for 6 weeks and then continue with Conjugate to keep those adaptations.
Weeks 7-17 “Conjugate” focused with 2 Max Effort days (Max/ Submaximal Strength), & 2 Dynamic Effort days (Speed). Get strong & get fast.
Great program to run for Active Duty, LE, Fire.
General population can run it.
This can be used as an offseason program for sport as well.
