8 week program that focuses on Strength & Power Development. This is a 4 day Lower/Upper Split with a tempo run day & Aerobic Capacity Day that i let you choose if you want to Run, Ruck, Hike, Bike Etc. The tempo run days are distanced anywhere from 50-100 Yards.

This program should be ran after Tactical Athlete 1 but if you have a solid lifting background, you can run this program anytime.

Post Activation Potentiation (PAP) is targeted in this program. It has been researched that PAP has been shown to increase explosive performances with a heavy compound movement followed by a fast movement (Plyos, med ball, jumps, etc.)

With this program you will get strong, and you will become more powerful overall.

Make sure you are sleeping, eating correctly, and hydrating properly.
