9 week program focused on Hypertrophy, Strength & Power. 2 Upper body lifts, 2 lower body lifts. 2 Conditioning days. One being short sprints focusing on Acceleration/ Deceleration & the other being an Aerobic capacity day where i give you the option of Running or Rucking.

This is a Program geared for anyone who is currently in any tactical profession, but anyone with a lifting background can use.

The training emphasis focuses on 3 week wave blocks. We focus on Hypertrophy, Strength, Power, Unilateral, Bilateral, Aerobic Capacity. Everything built into one program. We are using the Ratings of Perceived Exertion (RPE) system.
